Terms of use
These terms apply to docfig.com and its tools. By using the site you accept them. Last updated 9 October 2026.
The service
DocFig converts documents you upload, starting with bank and credit card statements, into spreadsheet files. The free service allows up to 30 pages a day per connection and up to 30 pages and 20 MB per file. Limits may change. There is no paid plan at present.
Your documents
Only upload documents you are entitled to use, such as your own statements or statements you handle with the owner's permission. You keep all rights in your documents and in the converted data.
Accuracy
Conversions are produced automatically and checked against figures printed on the statement, but they can still contain errors, especially with poor scans or unusual layouts. Rows that fail a check are marked, and a statement with no printed balances cannot be fully checked. Review converted data against the original before relying on it for accounting, tax, lending or legal purposes. DocFig does not give financial, tax or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to get around the free limits with automated or repeated requests, interfere with the service or its security, upload malicious files, or use the service for anything unlawful. Access may be blocked for connections that do.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DocFig is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on converted data that was not checked against the original document. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
