Certified payroll for Davis-Bacon contracts, made from the payroll export you already have. The tool runs in your browser; the payroll is not uploaded.

Certified payroll without retyping

Contractors and subcontractors on construction contracts covered by the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts send a certified payroll every week. The Department of Labor's form WH-347 is the usual way to do it, and it asks for the same hours, rates, pay and deductions your payroll software already holds.

The WH-347 tool takes a payroll or timesheet export in CSV or Excel, matches its columns to the form, checks that hours times rates equal gross and that gross minus deductions equals net, and fills the official DOL PDF: 8 rows on each copy of page 1, then the Statement of Compliance on page 2. Nothing is ticked or signed for you, and full Social Security numbers are cut to the last 4 digits.

What happens to your payroll

The export is read in your browser and the form is filled on your device. Nothing is uploaded to DocFig or anyone else. You stay responsible for the wage rates and every entry; the tool fills the form, it does not certify it.
